Hmm looks very nice - good clock speeds across 18/36 but... SWEET JESUS IT'S £1800!

cinebench .... 4200 vs. 3050 (OC 3450) points.

price in germany (mindfactory) : i9-7960XE = 2300€ vs. 1950x = 960€.

euro price per CB point:

intel = 0,547 cent
AMD = 0,314 cent
AMD = 0,278 cent (OC)

The 14 core seems to be the sweet spot here for single + multi threaded on the high end.

This, granted that it gives insane scores but the price? You can buy a 1950X, Motherboard and RAM for the price of that CPU alone!
