Holy crap those sliders are fudging *sweet*. Brilliant !!

Is this running DX or Vulkan? I sat staring at the pics but couldn't see anything. Either way it seems to run like crap from the proverbial digging instrument so cool beans.

The game uses DirectX as far as I can tell. Bethesda did say that a Vulkan version was coming, but that was a long time ago and plans may have changed.

Pretty interesting analysis. The way I see it though, based on those screenshot comparisons, running it on low makes it easier to see things. Especially if you put textures on low and whatever setting controls the lighting quality. But on ultra it just looks so sweet and it's so easy to run.
