Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is now available on Steam

£35? For a remaster of a 10-year-old game that is itself almost a year old?

Stole it ages ago. Yes, I admit it. Got bored very quickly. You can soon tell it's an old game with no modern ideas in it.

Wow. Just wow. I picked up Infinite Warfare for £10 knowing I could "upgrade" to get Modern Warfare for £25. I've been waiting for a sale on that because it's still steep for a remastered game, but damn have they got balls asking £35 straight up for the remaster alone.

[EDIT] I just checked to see if the "Upgrade to Legacy Edition" had gone down in price due to the standalone release. Much to my disappointment it's been removed entirely with the only option to buy for full retail price. What a load of bollocks.

[EDIT2] It is still there, but it's under the Infinite Warfare page now. I wonder how many they've caught out as wishlisting that option in the past put Modern Warfare on the list. Oh, and it's gone down by a massive £1. Still waiting for a sale; I may have loved Modern Warfare in its day but I refuse to get ripped off over nostalgia.

Game wasn't all it was hyped up to be. Not sure why everyone was hyped for it. It was only good because it was the first modern FPS game for COD in terms of gameplay and the technology behind it with graphics/etc. Yeah it's story was not boring but still, it wasn't all that great
