PayPal starts trademark battle with Pandora

I usually loathe these kind of lawsuits (like Sky saying "Skype" is too familiar a name and will confuse users, wtf?), but I've got to admit, in this case it really does confuse users and Pandora should just use a different logo, surely it hurts their own users too!

Yeah the Sky vs. Microsoft case is seriously ridicules. They had to give up the name SkyDrive because Sky channel claimed it would confuse with their product. Which I was a bit confused about because I don't think Sky channel has a cloud based product in the same sense, or at least didn't at the time.

But now they been battling over the name Skype for something like 10+ years, which is an old brand by relative terms now. Where exactly is this even remotely related to Sky Channel in any form? I think at this point Sky Channel believes they own the word Sky, so they better sue the sky and demand its retreat from Planet Earth (lol).

And what does Sky and their business, have to do with Pandora and PayPal in this threads subject really?...
