Aqua Computers release their KryoM.2 Micro M.2 SSD cooler

Aqua Computers have now released their KryoM.2 Micro M.2 SSD cooler, allowing users to keep their latest NVMe M.2 SSDs cool under load.

I was all set to come into this thread and rip into the ridiculous price they are charging but TBH that's actually not bad at all. You could probably get a suitably sized chunk of alu from Hong Kong for about a fiver, but you would have to glue it on.

FINALLY

I sticked some raspberry heatsinks on my 950 Pro... on top of the sticker to avoid losing the warranty. Dropped about ~10°C on the NAND sensor, probably the same on the controller

This solution should be even better in terms of performance

They want €13.5 to ship the thing.. China would ship me a motorhome for that price.

I have the original Kryo m.2 cooler and it works great. Never had throttling issues with it. The micro version looks great especially for those with green pcb's to hide.

I'd be really interested in a video showing different SSD's with and without this (or other) heatsinks. I'm curious if they help or hamper performance.

I use some alu heatsinks from Alphacool on my SM951. Works extremely well, but of course I had to remove that annoying sticker

dont think I'm having heat issues with mine but what program are y'all using to view the temps?? Mine are in raid 0 maybe thats why I cant find the temps on them.
