That'll be a 'Silver' processor I imagine, probably an 'F' style 'integration denomination

No idea how they'll fit even 2 on a board, let alone get 8 stacked together.

Not entirely related.
The 16core was about consumers.
This is for Supercomputers, HPC, DataCenter, or other high performance environments.
