AMD's Ryzen stock coolers have been leaked

AMD's Ryzen stock coolers have been leaked, with recently released images suggesting that they support RGB lighting.

Well wasn't that the point of the wraith cooler? Ryzen actually comes with lower TDPs than the FX series CPUs that they replace, so it should actually perform better.

Doesn't mean it was quite. It was in comparison to the old one. That's why it was priased.

all mine are in the cellar still with the thermal paste intact, but these ones look nice enough to use

They are very useful, especially for budget builds. With low TDP non-overclocking Intel stuff there is sometimes no reason to get an aftermarket cooler.

Yeah agreed. My brother uses a stock cooler and his CPU(non k i5)never goes above 65C in any game. It's quiet too.
