" All Razer's prototypes are not intended for the mass market and are designed to gauge interest in the unique features of each product"

looks like at least one person was interested.

So I don't see it in your post but apparently Razer is offering a 25,000 USD reward for information for any information that could lead to the identification or capture of any guilty party.

I was thinking the same thing, Thermaltacky loves to steal designs, Well if a Thermaltacky banded thing like this turns up at computex then we know who done it.

BBC got bold and called it a publicity stunt. That could backfire on them.

Three possible scenarios I can think of.

1. It was fake (or at least hybrid) tech and they're worried they'll be caught out by the thieves. For example the triple 4k laptop was actually streaming from a more powerful unit.

2. The theft was a crime of opportunity - sell it to the highest bidder or just because you want it in your man cave. Good luck getting driver support...

3. Industrial Espionage. But why steal it from one of the most watched Electronics expos of the year? If it does turn up in another manufacturers tech then it's going to be obvious.

The whole thing is pretty strange!
