I don't think that a 1050Ti will cut it when it comes to 4k... They could have just went with 1440p (with GSync perharps)

It won't cut it at 1440p either tbh.

Obviously a business orientated laptop that so happens to have a Pascal GPU really.

The only decent stuff Dell sell are their monitors, the rest is best avoided.

No, not really, their xps brand of ultrabooks are great -I've had the pleasure to use one when a friend brought it for a windows re-install-

HOWEVER their laptops are a pain in the bum when you want to do some hardware based repair meaning you have to take them apart.... total nightmare..

Their server-grade stuff is quite good....

There XPS line is amazing. It's not hardware upgrade friendly because everything is soldered, but they really are probably the best windows laptop out.

Yup I agree, Dell make some of the best laptops around. Their warranty is rock solid too.

I just hope they don't screw up the XPS line by making the 1050 only available when bought with the 4k screen. I'd prefer they kept the 1080 option as it would instantly be one of the better gaming laptops around
