The most straight forward method I've found is to simply install the quite popular Ccleaner and uninstall the built in apps that way -

got you covered

With the release of Microsoft Play anywhere games and them needing windows 10 anniversary edition I've seen a resurgence of people complaining about windows 10 spying on you all across the web. Normally when people complain about microsoft spying and collecting ad data (and yes there are a handful of app packages that are titled Advertising) I show them this video

and move on but with the new play anywhere there's some extra stuff I should add...
When following the "Remove windows apps: Get-AppxPackage -allusers | Remove-AppxPackage" step don't stop there you then need to turn back and type in "Get-Appxpackage -Allusers", copy/paste the entire list to a notepad doc and use the find key to locate every app that says store or xbox and reinstall them. Especially "Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider" like this:
Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_1 1.18.16009.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe/AppxManifest.xml” –DisableDevelopmentMode
(this is the item the anniversary edition has different than windows 10 home which I believe is the reason you need anniversary edition for play anywhere titles)
the location inside the quotations being the "InstallLocation" but don't remove the "/AppxManifest.xml" you need that...
Hope this helps.
P.S. I'm no super techy programmer or anything this took me some time on my own to figure out lol
