Seagate has officially launched their new FireCuda line of SSHDs

Seagate has officially launched their new FireCuda line of SSHDs combining Solid state storage with Shingled mechanical hard drives for enhanced performance and higher capacities.

Free money nVidia. Surprised they have gone for this long.

Doubtful - CUDA is an acronym whereas FireCuda is a play on their established Barracuda name (dont' get bitten by one btw)

If they were that litigious then we wouldn't have so many names like Fury (AMD GPUs, Kingston memory and storage etc) or other names that seem to come on trend for a while.

They're not competing in the same space either.

Suing and winning the case are two totally different things. Don't get them mixed up. This one is a losing case as was pointed out earlier (they don't share the same market)

I suspect what Kushiro wrote was more meant in a sarcastic way regarding suing everything these days, rather than being serious...
