AMD need something that is actually worthwhile like GeForce Experience and they need it fast, You'd be surprised as to how many times I've seen people base their buying decision on something like game recording/streaming abilities in various forums.

Now if they would only buy DDU and package it in the driver to have something useful for a change.

That's pretty terrible considering how crappy it is. You'd be better off with using OBS for streaming. Nvidias crap isn't needed. No serious streamer uses it

For basic streaming it's more than adequate but for recording gameplay, Shadowplay wins hands down and that is what AMD severely needs as it would be an extra selling point.

Right now if I want to record gameplay with any decent quality when using an AMD card I have to use Action by Mirillis for the best performance while still maintaining good quality which does come equipped with the AMD and Nvidia codecs, It's pretty damn good and records really high bit rate sound and video but it does cost $29.99 on Steam while Shadowplay is free.
