Quantum Break's Steam version runs terribly on PC

Quantum Break's new Steam version runs terribly on PC, with Remedy releasing the game without DX12 support and no SLI or Crossfire profiles.

Read more on Quantum Break's Steam version.

From what I understand, it is microsoft that has limited the features of the Steam release.

Are you sure?

Your statement is in direct contradiction to the majority of reviews and my own testing results.

Quantum Break PC is better on DirectX 11

&

Quantum Break for PC performs better with DirectX 11, not 12

So I find your post a bit odd - linking back to a non english source. Please edit, as this is defo wrong.

There is no contradiction here. The articles you have linked to suggest that the DX11 version performs better than the DX12 version. No one has said otherwise.

The game still runs terribly on PC. Requiring a GTX 1080 to run at 60+fps @1080p is ridiculous!

The game looks good but doesn't look THAT good that it merits the shoddy performance IMO.

It's terrible

This is surely a case of bad optimization... they are having no regard for pc gamers, for the game performs better in a damn apu than in a gpu that cost almost as much as the entire console (refering to sub 300€ cards obviously)... it's just ridiculous...
