Seems like an upgrade for me is near

In the image charts, it doesn't say which is which capacity though... Or maybe it's just me that is dumb?

I nearly bought a 500Gb Pro 950

I nearly bought a 500Gb Pro 950 for my new X99 Deluxe II build.

That was until I read there was no real-world benefit if your already using say an 850 evo SSD.

It's rather annoying there simply has to be some kind of performance increase to justify these products, else what is the point?

Anyone care to comment?

Please please I need any excuse so I can snap up even a humble 128 Gb pro 960 LoL.

So my 512GB 950 Pro is already outdated? ...

Hope there will be a 2TB 960 Evo eventually

Imagine only needing 1 M.2 SSD on either 1TB or 2TB and no other drive... Mhm ...

Benches on those are fast as hell too. That's some serious performance if those benchmarks were accurate. Gives me wood! I was considering an Intel 750 series (if the price drops more), but this makes me think I should wait a bit first.

You're going to spend over £1k just to keep your games installed.

You need your head seeing too.

Not really I could quite easily fill a 512GB SSD with my most played games and I'd still spend time juggling some around to make room.
