GTX 1070M Specifications leak

The specification of Nvidia's GTX 1070M have leaked online, showcasing a GPU with more CUDA cores than the GTX 1070 that run a slightly lower clock speeds.

I wonder if a laptop when plugged in could clock higher when power draw is not as much of an issue, overtaking the desktop version.

If heat were an issue in conventional laptop designs, maybe a model like the Asus hybrid cooling laptop/dock would allow for some significantly higher clocks if the internal block touched all the warm bits.

This would all be null if Nvidia still has mobile OC locked (I think it's locked once again correct?).

it also has more TMUs and has a higher texture fill rate much higher than my OC 1070 which is just above 200 this one is nearly at 250.
