TSMC expects to launch 7nm process in 2018 and 5nm in 2020

TSMC expects to launch their 7nm process in 2018 and their 5nm process in 2020.

Doesn't mean it'll be out though. They could release it but no products will be out for quite some time after and in limited releases due to yields

It could turn it like the 2#nm did for GPU's. They created it, but was not cost efficient and yields were to small for cost effective use.
