Micron Says GDDR6 Rumors in 2016 are False, saying that their memory advancement for 2016 will be GDDR5X.

Any word on the power draw of GDDR5X compared to GDDR5 or HBM?

It will definately be higher than HBM, but I don't know how it will compare to GDDR5
