Can Open Linux On A Phone Inspire Change?

Can Open Linux cut it on the mobile platform? Can it inspire change from users who prefer a particular brand for function/design etc? After looking through the news article you may be pleasantly surprised; although the style may not be to everyone's taste. Feel free to voice your opinion below...

It looks like if it becomes popular it would be awesome. hopefully, cheaper than some alternatives also.

The daft thing is this has been around for a while, and no one's heard of it.

It's an excellent idea, but they need Apple's 'revolutionary' marketing...
