AMD R9 380X reportedly launching on November 19th

AMD's R9 380X is reportedly launching on November 19th, delivering an option between the R9 380 and R9 390 for the price of $249.

Just in time for holiday sales but missed out early before all the big AAA releases arrive. Think if they got it out a week before for reviews it would have been a smarter move. I think they should also launch this alongside the new Crimson Software so people don't need to install drivers then 5 days later update them again

I wouldn't expect launch issues. It's not using HBM after all
Though if there was that would be quite interesting on why..

It's been especially bad in AUS. Barely any good things in stock, takes forever to get it in..

Wait for reviews. If its priced as well as the 280X was then it'll probably be good value. Especially if it likes to overclock.

It should be faster no? Since it's using a slightly newer GCN design? Now by how much is another question, but the 280x only has 3GB vram so even then an extra GB is always nice
