G.Skill Releases Trident Z and Ripjaws V Series DDR4 Memory

G.Skill has released their Trident Z and Ripjaws V Series DDR4 Memory, which offer speeds of up to 4000MHz.

Them Z's look good, I'd definitely be looking at them if I go Skylake, but then I'm a bit of a Plat man, or fanboi if you want to call it.

Though I would probably go with the Z's for a change.

Sweet jesus the Tridents look slick, the Ripjaws don't look half bad either especially in silver or black. I'm with You_What? though, Domie-Plats are the sex when it comes to looks, Corsair nailed it with the aesthetics.

Dom Plats aren't even that sexy looking anymore.. I'd take these TridentZ over those in a heartbeat

Although I like the looks of Corsair, I have been running different G.skill since 2012. To me they always seem to have better offerings in the frequency + latency department. Overclockers UK showed the LPX dual channel kits and then this G.skill comes along and looks so much better spec wise.

The gunmetal grey Ripjaws V might be perfect for Asus Z170 ROG boards if the colours match. Any chance oc3d can get a pic of those gunmetal grey ones? Or maybe even the Trident Z might look good in a ROG board.
