Good god. That translates to about an £95 CPU. And it beats a X6800 when OCed!

I think this will be a gold chip.

But still looks pretty good for overclocking

Didn't the E6400/E6600 ES chips achieve massive clocks aswell?

not bad for the price, but aren't the E6300's heading that way in price already?

The E6300s wont be sold anymore if this is true and they keep their price (180). This is a really good deal.

(1066 FS Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 - £94.99 (£111.61)

(800 FS Intel Core 2 DUO E4300 - £99.99 (£117.49)

Will be interesting to see how they compare when they are actually released, but the prices are basically the same already. If they are as good as the E6300's for overclocking the extra multi might be worth it tho I guess.
