Microsoft Releases Media Player 11

Microsoft has released the final version of Windows Media Player 11, we have provided a download link for it at the end of the news article. Will version 11 provide you with enough features and functionality to stay with the popular media player, or do your loyalties lie elsewhere? Feel free to voice your opinion about it here...

Anyone know, does the earlier beta version auto-update to this release version?

I still use the one that came with SP2. It works, don't fix it.

I still like WMP9 the best, 10 actually took my up and down arrows and looked stupid with the alternating white/blue lines... ugh. WMP11 looks good but MS needs to put more effort into other areas (read:Vista) than making its media player look pretty.

TJS

I want my up and down arrows back!
