Asus Announces nForce 590 SLI Edition Motherboard

Who's going to get an Asus P5N32-SLI once they're released? Or has ATI's asymmetric crossfire caught your interest? Let us know...

Looks like an amazing board, nice to see official SLI support for C2D boards now too. Only thing though, isn't the nF590 chipset the one that uber sucks for clocking, the same one that DFI pulled the plug on?

Looks nice..

I wonder how it will perform in the OC stakes in comparison with the ATI/INTEL chipset based boards...am considering a move to conroe myself over the next month and I want to stick with nvidia so this would be my choice of mobo...

The C15 version of the 590 is the one that was cut by DFI because it didn't clock well. DFI is now working the C55 version of the 590 for their LP board. Nobody has determined wether or not this the new version or not. I am hoping that it is but who knows.
