Gainward To Drop ATI Altogether?

It may just have been the wrong climate to be investing in new lines and it's a lifo basis, perhaps not as capable as the likes of XFX to sustain.

No1 can really answer the question as to why other than Gainward. But it'd have to be financial.

I wonder if Palit will stop making Nvidia cards now and just stick with ATI and use Gainward for the Nvidia side?

maybe gainward cannot put up with all the card upgradin just like most of us!

It may just be a case of their ATI GPUs not catching the fancy of the consumer and profit margins not being enough to sustain their presence in the ATI sector. Nothing official has been announced yet, so it's still possible that they might stick at it for a little while longer.
