BUT THE 790i IS THE NUTS!

It overclocks like a mother fo AND has sli which is starting to scale very well...

Integrated graphics blow.

Integrated graphics is mass market, ie. the profitable end of the market. They'll sell loads more for cheap systems than they will high end mobo's.

It's an accountancy lead decision.

Yea, but as with the new 780a for AMD you can hybrid SLI with the onboard 8300 graphics.

This is not to say there will be no more high-end chipsets coming from Nvidia.

"Nvidia will now focus on integrated graphics chipset solutions"

The title is misleading, they are still making chipsets, just focusing on intergrated atm.
