George Boole I remember from electronics in college. If only he'd known the suffering he'd cause with boolean algebra

i would of thought Dr. Alec Jeffreys would have made it, he invented dna fingerprinting, certainly a tech that has help prove/disprove alot of important stuff.

..and he's from leicester!!

EDIT: eek, it was first used in a case in narborough. thats 2 minutes down the road from me.
