I'm with you I got their scimitar mouse and it's lasted shorter than my NAGA and G600 did even though I game less than I did with them, when I select white on my K65 alot of the keys are blue instead, I have an Orbweaver that's older and lasted longer and people moan about razer

I've been contemplating ditching Corsair in future builds since the quality isn't what it used to be but, this confirms it.

The worrying part is that in many cases, equity firms and venture capitals buy these companies and keep them as is while they are making profit. But the moment year on year revenue falls, they consider selling off the company in pieces to make most profit.

Imagine memory division sold off to Kingston, PSU sold off to EVGA, peripherals sold to some Chinese company etc.

But I have noticed that the support is disgusting these days. I never did get my additional fan tray for my 1000D. they took my money and in 3 weeks my friend was there in the states, they didnt do anything with processing the order. And I had a sarcastic response from them which I didnt like.

I'm still pretty ed to be honest even though they've paid for the return shipping I still won't be buying their stuff anymore after what they've done over the keyboard.

First thing that happens to company to squeeze out every penny is cheap/non existent support. Hiring Americans and Brits is expensive, so they usually shift it to India. Even Alienware have succumbed to that now. For a while Dell still had Alienware in the UK, but since down sizing and speccing their cases (and lowering prices slightly) they are now in India.
