I'd recommend that you get the mouse replaced via our RMA process. You can start a ticket here, and if you let me know the ticket #, I can surely help out to speed things up a bit during the process.
Hi Grey_beard!

Help, having same problem

Grey_beard,
I have have been having the same problem with my mouse as well! Its been going on for about a month now. I stumble upon this site seeing if there is any solutions to the problem. Ive read everything and tried everything and no luck. Im guessing its the hardware then. I submitted a ticket and my RMA# is 6432062. If you can help me that would be great! I think its awesome how you helped out all these people before me!
Thanks a lot!!!

Hi,
I went ahead and looked into your ticket. Seems like it has already been approved. You will get an email with instruction on how to process an RMA. Express RMA is always an option that is available if you'd like to avoid downtime. You'd simply call our customer service to set it up

Sorry to hear that Fdrak. Is it the same exact behavior where the wheel scrolls the opposite direction? Just wanted to make if this is indeed the case issue or not. Regardless, we'll get that unit replaced for you.

You can start by raising a ticket here, Corsair.force.com. Then let me know the ticket #. I'll see to it that we handle your RMA in a timely manner.

Thanks for reply.
Yes, the same exact behavior.

I'm from Brazil, this can be a problem?

No problem. Corsair warranty is applicable worldwide. Submit a ticket and give me the ticket # when you get one.
