Will corsair carbide spec 01 be able to fit the cooler master 212x..??

It may but I wouldn't bet on it. In this review http://www.vortez.net/articles_pages..._review,8.html they say Although Corsair state in the technical specifications 150mm for the maximum CPU cooler height, our Noctua NH-U12P managed to just about fit within the chassis. Bigger coolers such as the Noctua NH-D14 which are 160mm in height will struggle to fit with the side panel attached.
NH-U12P is 158mm in height just like the 212X.

Yea it's gonna fit. Even in Tom's review he says Max CPU Cooler Height 153mm.
