IF i even upgrade to haswell so far it would be MSI/Gigabyte(voted Gigabyte) for the board: price, features,OC'ing potential, and reliability are the main focus points for me. Looks are another focus but the above is more important. Asus boards are just ugly IMO and just have always been nervous considering them.

im all about price to performance ratio and basicly gigabyte have that in the bag as thats what tom was "hinting at" in his haswell mobo preview vids

If I was to upgrade it would be Asus, I've always gone with them and never had problems

i already voted for MSI, but it seems like they won't have a decent z87 board fitting my blue color scheme. so far i have only seen one blue board by gigabyte, which is low end, so no option and some boards by Biostar. not sure if those boards will be any good.

From what I have heard, Biostar is like ASRock; They make mid-level boards for entry-level prices. Not the best boards in the world, but it works and you'll always have your warranty. Honestly, I don't think there's an awful lot that could go wrong

Intel has at least 1 z87 board with a blue colour scheme.

If I do make the jump to Haswell,( probably won't though) I'd most likely go with that Gigabyte Z87 X OC board that Tom did on youtube or just stick with MSI.
It's really too early to tell until we see some performance reviews.
But my vote went to Gigabyte.

didn't intel quit making motherboards or something? will take a look at them, even though i heard intel never made any better than decent mainboards.
