Exclamation NZXT Customer Support

Hi, i recently had a computer made and i used the phantom 240 case, i love it, but i have been having some problems, first of all, the front intake fan seems to not be working, and second, the door in the front wont close properly, what should i do?

You should contact who made the computer for you unless it was NZXT. If you really want you can RMA the case though.

However don't count on them even checking here anymore.


You could try to contact NZXT directly and RMA the case, but RMAing cases is a lot of hassle and often not worth it. Especially since apparently you didn't build the PC yourself? Did you have it done by a friend or a company? If it's the latter, and they're half decent, they should take care of it.

it's an emergency fan?

apparently my friend said that the front fan is a emergency fan, but my door still wont close properly
