I've never seen a 120mm radiator AIO for a GPU heatsoak until throttling. A beafy air cooler is usually better, but a 120mm radiator has always been adequate for what it's designed for. They're made for a specific client, not necessarily the enthusiast overclocker. This GPU proves it as it's for system integrators only. When's the last time you saw a pre-built PC with phenomenal overclocking headroom, temperatures, and noise? They're 'bling' computers for people who want something shiny and flashy and put no effort into it. A pre-built system with an AIO 6900XT makes you look cool to newbs. If you're gonna pay the absurd prices for one, you don't care about getting the best card for the money with the best engineering.
