Microsoft have confirmed Windows 10 is nearly EOL... so much for Windows 10 being the "last" OS and just being updated often.

The Avatar game does look good and given it's being developed by Massive and they have been working on it for a fair few years now, since I think they announced they working on it, around 3 or 4 years ago, I am optimistic.

Being developed by Massive though is also to me a downside, but my biggest concern is the engine.

The Division and The Division 2 both have performance issues, although smooth the games seem to perform worse than they possibly could.

With Rainbow Six Siege gaining DLSS support many noticed that it is using the latest DLSS 2.2 which noticeably reduces ghosting.

Many are now copying the single nvdll.dll file from Rainbow Six Siege and pasting it into existing DLSS2 game directories.... and it's working.

Games confirmed to work so far albeit some people are having mixed results but the best use is in Cyberpunk, Noticeable improvement.

Control
Cyberpunk 2077
Death Stranding
Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition
Nioh 2
No Man's Sky

Undercover footage showing amazon destroying millions of unsold items.

https://www.itv.com/news/2021-06-21/...tigation-finds

Pretty disgusting. They could donate them to the world of those who cannot afford anything. And the waste that must get produced...

One centre had a target to destroy 130,000 items a week.

Not surprising really, Friend of mine used to work in the "refurb" department of amazon, There was nothing refurbished about it, They got brand new items that weren't sold, Smartphones for example, Took them out of their original boxes, Made sure they still worked, Put them in plain cardboard boxes, Call them "refurbished" and then marked the price down.

Amazon does some very shady stuff.
