Yeah that's what I thought, maybe for some of the content on the Disney+ store and they felt it made more sense to push the launch back, but the exclusive content would surely be explicitly exempt from that scenario.
I would have thought it might be down to existing contracts with other companies like Netflix having purchased the rights to stream Disney content within the EU, and Disney+ is set to launch after these contracts expire.
