Cant wait borderlands 1 and 2 are by far 2 of my favourite games, hell even the pre sequel is better than a vast majority of the games being released now, the pressure they must be under to make B3 a success must be huge.

I have no idea but tbh you should see a doctor. How can you not have played either, in co op, with a chum? They're fantastic games.

You don't have to play the first one. It's kind of a bad console port and it's quite different from BL2 and the Pre-Sequel. Not to mention that it barely has a story and the ending is quite disappointing. But Borderlands 2 is an absolute must-have. It's worth every penny, but it's often on a heavy discount on Steam.

Yep i would agree here, the first game had a good idea, but its really the second game that mastered it, that said if you are in it for the lore or story, then by all means play the first as well.

I'm super stoked for this one! Borderlands 2 is virtually a perfect game and 1 is almost as superb. The Pre-sequel kinda fell short but it was still a great game just hard to compare any game to 1&2. Either way, this will most likely be a day 1 or at least week 1 buy for me. I'm starved for a good single player shooter.

Just make sure you're not playing with someone who played it already (which is hard to find), so it doesn't ruin the experience for you.

I played the first and second game and I don't know why, but both grew VERY boring VERY rapidly for me... They were funny and I liked the graphics style back then, but something didn't make me wanna continue... Maybe it was because the missions were basically like WoW: Go there, clean up the place, bring some quest item back, here's your useless reward, because you already found better gear.

Still had some very funny dialogues!
