[HELP] Need help with new build

Hi, I am thinking of building a new PC rig, mainly for software development and secondly gaming.
My list: http://pcpartpicker.com/

Can anyone suggest a good keyboard and monitor. (Not too costly, already tight with budget :P )

PS. Can anyone suggest another case? My friend is planing to do a similar build but doesn't want this case.

You need to post the custom URL it creates for you dude. You've just given us the standard web page link for PCPartPicker

So, while we are waiting for OP to post his link, can someone tell me if december, specifically before Christmas, is a good time to buy a new rig? Are there a lot of discounts and promotions on parts?

On a side note, I have this rig in mind:

Is there anything that stands out that I should definitely change? I am aiming for a silent PC.
