Nvidia gtx 760 vs amd r9 270x

What is the better price to performance video card, I am willing to spend just a little more for a 760, but only if it does perform better than the 270X, I am looking into the Asus DCU2 versions of both of these cards, and as of now on Newegg, the 760 is 30 dollars more. I would also mention, that I would like to do some gaming, not necessarily at the highest resolution, but at pretty decent settings.

From what I see, the GTX 760 out-performs the 270x slightly in most cases with <10%. GTX 760 also comes with Assassin's Creed Black Flag.

Up to you whether you think that's worth the money

GTX 760 is faster for the most part. If you could find a cheap R9 280x though thats not much more money than the 760 i would advise going for that. Its noticeably faster and worth the extra money. My brothers R9 280x Asus DCU2 is uber quiet yet runs everything to the max without trouble.
