I'm still a bit of a newbie on memory , but are you sure the memory is compatible with that motherboard?
According to the specs on that board 1866 and above are overclocked.
How did you setup the memory? Manually or XMP ?
And make sure you have them in the right slots.

I use to have the 212 evo with SP120s and I can confirm they fit and work very nice. Try and get your hands on some more ram and see how that works for a few days, alternatively you could just go ahead and try more volts on the ram and a little on the cpu, 1.65v maximum for the ram, just go up a little at a time until you stop BSOD (not benchmark BSOD) and if this doesn't fix your problem then try to loosen the timings a little and remember, the memory controller on this CPU is rated at 1600MHz and any more is considered an overclock. I could go and buy some 2800MHz ram but on my CPU it's already proven to me that the most it will be stable at is 1866MHz, just because your ram is rated at 2133MHz this does not mean your CPU will be able to use it. Just persevere and try what has been said and good luck, also have fun

As for prime95, people have tested for much longer than 12 hours and BSOD opening a new browser tab.

If you need help with changing volts and timings there will be something on this forum, I can't direct you just yet as I am on my phone.

Try new ram, I just got a z87 motherboard and 4670K and while I was there I bought 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro. Just tested the Corsair Vengeance Pro in my current rig (not fitting the new mobo and CPU until Sunday) and good lord it booted 2133MHz instantly! I recommend trying new ram, I've been running on faulty ram for over 12 months!

This is good news! Glad it was only the ram that was the problem and that you have your old stuff replaced
