I watched a video of a guy comparing a TN monitor and the exact monitor I have side by side here:


It seems like they both have the same issue when turning very rapidly. I took some screenshots of the video when he turns a lot and they look pretty much the same. So is it safe to say that this is just normal?

Do you get the issue when the DPI of your mouse is lower too? And you move slowly?

I have a pretty low end mouse, so I don't have the option of changing it. When I move more slowly, it isn't as bad, though I often tend to move around a lot.
