Cool, your 10 core is the same stepping and revision as retail. Sometimes lack of microcode patching can lead to a failed POST but other times might just be because the CPU isn't essentially white-listed so the BIOS refuses to POST.

That patch you have is old and has been superseded, see security advisory 233, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...-sa-00233.html just in case you have some secrets that need protecting

I've not used this pc that much so it's not updated in a while tbh. That may be why.
