Corsair HDRGB Fan Colours ?

I got all HDRGB fans for my rig a few days ago, They look immense ! But the problem I'm having is that the included little 3 x button box doesn't give the same effects/colour combos that I've seen in lots of Corsair videos and photos.

I've read sparse bits of info about the Node Pro and Commander Pro, Do I need just the Commander pro to hook it all up via Corsair Link or do I need the Node Pro aswell as the Commander Pro ?

This is the effect I mean, It's simply not doable with the little 3 x button box -

Commander Pro is the way to go fella, run all your strips linked and smash the fans into the Commander Pro. I had the same issue with the Node for what ever reason it's hugely limited while daisy chaining fans works I couldn't get the RGB side of things to work properly, it only controls the LEDs of the first fan on the chain :/

Awesome thanks bud, So if I understand it correctly the Node Pro is basically a very very limited micro diet version of the Commander Pro ?

So this appears to work with a 6 fan set up. Would my options for controlling up to 12 fans include to 2 RGB/Fan nodes hooked up to the commander module?

If I also wanted it to control light strips would I need a second commander?

I am playing with this idea as well. I currently have the HUE + for lights but want to consolidate things together under one umbrella if possible. I like the Corsair RGB fans the best.
