An i5-2700k as minimum and an i7-6600k as recommended.

This is some next level incompetence.

I wonder what else have they gotten wrong.

Unless they have done something mindblowing, this i'll skip for the simple fact of rockstar launcher concidering they took tons of mod work down it wouldn't suprise me if these are pretty basic remasters.

Considering the requirements, especially the 45Gb storage space requirement, I'd say that it's more than a simple remaster.

No, because these are not updates. They're made in UE4. Besides, you don't want this as an update because you'll lose your old versions forever, and they're delisting them from digital stores.
