Well that's fair enough then, I thought it had native support for SFX due to being a smaller case.

By the way, those all black NB-Eloops are just the sex!

Best rad fans ever. I love how the fan connectors are on the fan, then you use extensions too. Makes it so much easier to tailor the cable length coming out of the fan to where it needs to be

I'm trying not to spend tons of money here. Hence the cheap PSU, cooler etc. That said when I ran Superposition last night I heard no whine from the PSU at all. Or the GPU. Which is nice. I know that isn't even guaranteed on £150 PSUs any more.

Also note. The side of the PC you see right now? that is the ugly side. The pretty side literally just has the GPU in it.

Pads did not arrive. Seems RM are having big delays ATM. Sucks.

The fan hub should come today, by 10pm apparently /roll eyes. Still, At least I can get the entire rig buttoned up and ready for the rebuilt GPU.

Pads came. Had a nightmare yesterday though.

The rig all worked fine on the desk. Fitted the riser yesterday, put the GPU in and instant problems. Rig was freezing, locking up and garbled graphics. After many hours of troubleshooting I realised it was the riser included with the case. It also borked the Windows install and it was corrupt. So, I removed the riser and cobbled this together with my vertical riser cable (that doesn't fit, isn't long enough etc)

Reinstalled Windows again. Then about 15 minutes later different problems started happening. More crashes, lockups, crashed when installing the GPU drivers and etc. In the end I cleared CMOS, re-enabled XMP on the RAM and it has been stable since. Since then I have ran all of the stress tests you can, did a full Memtest and everything else. Even played some light games on it last night. It's stable as a rock. I have a feeling that when the ribbon acts up it screws something up in the BIOS.

I could get another, but tbh? the ribbon is poorly made. I have had this issue with every single ribbon I have ever had all apart from one brand - Phanteks. So, I ordered this.

The fan hub also arrived and has been fitted. Works lovely.

OK. Pads came.

Fitted 0.5mm to the VRAM and 1mm everywhere else. Then I put the cooler on dry, and pressed down. I noticed last time that one strip had deep impressions in it that looked too deep. So, it happened again so I put 0.5mm there also.

12c temp reduction. Then I ran Port Royal and the card was silent. I don't even think the fans reached 50%

Now you may be wondering how I managed this with no ribbon. I just had to invent EITX was all. It's not sketchy, not one bit lmao.

New ribbon should arrive Monday, leaving me needing only a new DP cable so I can run Gsync and 70hz.

Ignore that fan filter. That goes on the bottom, but obviously I won't be turning the rig upside down yet.

/facepalm. The only combination I had not tried was the 2080Ti with the Jonsbo ribbon.

Those are speakers. On the sides dude. It was a colab between HP and B&O. They actually sound really good.

Ordered this. Threw my yellow one in the wash, but have a feeling I am not going to like it much now.
