Not my screenshots but these are three new pics of TW3 released by CD Projekt Red.

I personally can't wait for this game, the graphics look amazing. These pics are of actual gameplay by the way

You are definitely going to need good hardware
They said recently that they wouldn't have been able to do the game on the 360 and PS3 because they wouldn't have been able to handle it.
They also said recently that they have come close to maxing out the PS4 and Xbox One's capabilities on the console version with it.

Every big console game will use around 95% of the CPU/GPU easily. Its not hard to load it up. Its the memory management thats a pain in the ass for any platform. If they can utilize the available ram and cache's available to near 100% then i would be impressed that they did this that quickly. In the future they will find better ways to use the same amount and ultimately use less for more, so that should help too.

I completed The Witcher 2 quite recently so I'm up to date with the story . The Witcher 3 won't be out for a while (Q4) according to rumours, so it'll be quite a wait if the rumours are anything to go by. I don't mind waiting as long as the game is rock solid when it's out.

The latest screenshots show just how much the graphics have improved when compared to the Witcher 2.
