Asus Maximus XI Gene and Aura LED's ???

Hi Peeps,

I guess there must be a few people using the Asus Aura software to control the lighting in their cases but what brand led strips do people recommend to use ? I'm not looking to have the unicorn puke look inside my case (not my thing) but a strip across the roof and one down the side so I can see the goodness behind the tinted perspex

The Led headers on the Maximus XI Gene are the 4 pin which only support non addressable 5050RGB LED strips with a maximum power rating of 12V/2A.

Feel free to point me in the right direction

Hmm I dont use them now, but I tested the Corsair strips that came with my 1000D and they seemed to work well on my ASUS board.

Your motherboard manual should have details on that, no? My Crosshair 7 Hero has the specs listed in the manual, supported RGB LED type, max amperage, etc.
