It's not a fixie. Well, it was, but it is now being transformed into a very large BMX bike. One that has all of the room and trappings of a MTB, say, but still simple with a single gear (freewheel, not fixie any more).

I ordered these earlier.

With a 6.5" rise. So it will be more "sat up" than "hunched over" as my back gets bad.. I needed shims for them..

But yeah, I am well on the way now. That ought to be about it, other than a matching pair of brake levers and a front brake cable. I bought the brake yesterday..

And I already have cables, pads etc.

This is kinda what I am aiming for, only not quite as big.

Choose inspire. Best trial bikes around.

Danny Mcaskill at his best.

Don't know if i'd recommend an inspired for a beginner! Bit expensive. Maybe a second-hand Onza to get going?

When it comes to trial, im not sure how a beginner should start. You need the quality bike, in order to manage the basic tricks really.

Offtopic.

Jurassic world Evolution is out. Anyone tried it yet? looks interesting and might pick it up if worth it.
