ah that makes sense cos I just ran a 2m and got this SuperPi Core i5 750 ranking: not your best Core i5 750 submission for this ranking. luckily I had not attempted to change any settings was still playing around with teh "submits".

Juat knocked up a bit of a guide as I figured it would help those that have never submitted results before- I know it is a small thing but a similar guide on the [email protected] for team [email protected] has probably saved quite a few questions and made things alot smoother. Hopefully I will be able to do more guides for other benches in the future and with improving scores

A quick question guys, I have shaved my Super Pi times down a little each time and have another ready for submission 10.7 secs, but is it worth it? I already have 0.1 points and unless I get it down to less than 3 secs (just not gonna happen on my rig yet) I do not think i will receive any extra points, am I correct in assuming this?

Naturally I will still keep on pushing on a stable overclock and once I am happy with that look at other options

I am sat stable on 4Ghz atm however the weather has upped my temps a little so I need to be careful.

Cheers

I usually submit any record of mine, regardless if it yields points, just to compare my own scores.

And it gets you along the achievements somewhat faster

Hey, I am going to be getting my old rig back very soon.

It consists of:

XFX nForce 790i

X3220

4GB Geil Black Dragon 1600Mhz

GTX 460

OCZ 550W

Going to be pushing this to its max and see what how high I can get before I fry it.

Should be interesting to see what it can do.
