The second one in the Album looks fine to my eye yes its slightly warped but VERY SLIGHTLY and would have done it's job

I would like to add that the more popular a brand is the customer service can be documented as worse purely down to the sheer volume of purchases. The positive gets overlooked and can be quite substantial. Forums like this has bad mainstream manufacturers at a real disadvantage if they averagely give poor customer service. I like Razer products, yeah there overpriced but I now this before buying. But people still give negative feedback on their prices! I rather go with mainstream manufacturers purely for their ability to afford to innovate and that there will be more online community support/feedback.
Still mobo warp-gate is too fishy... If not already mentioned, maybe Asus could offer to collect, check and replace if deemed necessary?

I had a similar experience with a Asus motherboard ( p-8 z77-v) I ordered through Amazon. It was bent near one of the corners. I tried using it anyway but it wouldn't even post. They sent me a replacement the next day.

Like others have said ASUS makes really solid products but there RMA is pretty bad.
