You welcome mate
Thanks that you finally realized
If you think that the rad is leaking take it out of the system and test it for a day or two outside the rig, place it on the paper towel so you will notice the leak much faster.
Do you really need to extend those pump wires? In my opinion is for some reason they not long enough for you( bear in mind that your pumps are wrong way round, so if you turn them over that will give you a bit more cable length), but if you really need a longer for some reason just buy something like this http://www.quietpc.com/na-4pin-splitter-ss
is a molex y cable, it will make your life easier

I have lots of molex cables around here, and some funky custom cables I never used (ie a 2-molex to 1-3pin Y cable, 1-molex to 1-3pin, etc). Looking at the system now, I realized why the pump top was backwards. That was actually on purpose, since I wanted to use the rear-facing holes, not the tops ones. Flipping that around is going to be trickier than it first appeared.

Well I looking at the picture at your case see that you didn't used this rear holes to route tubing so it doesn't make a difference for you. Don't worry flip it around and you would still have better results than what you have now.
