Looks to be monster board with the only omission a couple of U.2 ports to hook up some monster Samsung PM1733s
So a Lian-li PC-011 XL, Seasonic Prime 1200, 3970X, say a couple of VEGA VIIs, obligatory D5, 128GB of 3600 C16s, a couple of 2TB NVMe M.2s, a couple of 360 rads, your favourite Linux distro with the ROCm libraries and that's a fair bit of compute all wrapped up in a shiny case.
